WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY BOOKING?

  • All deliverables (photo, video, edits, etc.) are based on the package selected at the time of booking.

  • Services will be provided exactly as listed and displayed on the booking page.

  • Any additional edits, clips, or services may require an extra fee.

HOW DO VIDEO SERVICES WORK?

  • Video services include highlight edits, reels, and short-form content.

  • Deliverables vary by package and may include:

    • Highlight reels

    • Short-form social media videos

    • Edited clips from sessions or games

  • Full game recording is NOT guaranteed unless specifically stated in the booking.

  • All video content is edited in the photographer’s creative style and discretion.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CONTENT?

  • All final content will be delivered through a private online gallery or file-sharing link.

  • You will be able to view, download, and share your content directly.

  • If you need help downloading your files, assistance can be provided.

  • Screenshotting or screen-recording content is not recommended as it reduces quality.

WHAT DO YOU NOT SHOOT OR ALLOW?

  • Services are strictly sports and athlete-focused.

  • The following are not offered:

    • Non-sports sessions (weddings, parties, clubs, etc.)

    • Content involving nudity, drugs, weapons, or inappropriate behavior

  • Editing limitations:

    • No body modifications or unrealistic alterations

    • Light blemish corrections may be made

    • Do not edit over delivered content, as it may result in refusal of future bookings

CAN I PURCHASE RAW OR UNEDITED FILES?

  • Raw photos and unedited video footage are NOT released under any circumstances.

  • Additional edited photos or clips may be available for purchase for a limited time after delivery.

  • Unselected or unused content may be removed after the selection window closes.

DO YOU TRAVEL?

  • Yes, travel is available.

  • Travel is charged at $10 per 30 miles (round trip) from the photographer’s location.

  • Travel fees apply to locations outside a 30-mile radius.

  • Travel fees must be paid prior to the session and will be included in your invoice.

WHAT IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER CAN’T ACCESS THE GAME OR VENUE?

  • The client is responsible for securing all necessary credentials, permissions, or clearance for the photographer.

  • Some venues, schools, or leagues may restrict or deny photography/videography access.

  • Sideline, court, or field-level access is NOT guaranteed.

  • The photographer is not responsible if access is denied or limited due to venue rules.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

  • Clients may bring up to 2 guests.

  • Guests must not interfere with the session or distract from the shoot.

  • The photographer reserves the right to limit or remove guests if necessary.

DO YOU PROVIDE PROPS OR EQUIPMENT?

  • The photographer does not provide props.

  • Clients may bring their own gear (balls, uniforms, accessories, etc.).

  • All items brought must be taken at the end of the session.

  • By booking a session, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed on this site.
